Big World Holidays is a travel and tourism company specializing in international and domestic tour packages, offering complete travel solutions including visa assistance, flight booking, hotel reservations, and customized travel experiences.
Challenge
The brand wanted to increase brand awareness, improve social media presence, generate qualified travel leads, and attract more Kerala-based travelers through performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
My Approach
I developed and executed a B2C-focused digital marketing strategy for Big World Holidays using social media marketing, Meta ads, content strategy, and lead generation campaigns.
I created high-engagement reel content, storytelling travel videos, carousel creatives, and conversion-focused ad campaigns for destinations like Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Dubai.
I also managed audience targeting, campaign optimization, WhatsApp lead generation, and Malayalam-English mixed content strategies to improve engagement and inquiry rates.
Result
The campaigns improved online visibility, increased social media engagement, generated travel inquiries through Meta and WhatsApp campaigns, and strengthened the brand’s digital presence in the travel and tourism industry.
